After two years of preparation, with full support from Lais, Luciana and Michel, and with full engagement and commitment from all of you, we were praised by the external auditor of DNV, which ended recommending us to obtain an independent ISO 9001 Certification for the Brazilian Operation, supported by a simple but sophisticated management system which now has our face. And not least important…with impressive ZERO NON-COMPLIANCE!
